A & E Signs and Graphics

A & E Signs and Graphics is a local family owned company servicing Buda, Texas and the surrounding communities for 20 years. Specializing in fleet graphics, vinyl signage and decals. This is a one stop shop for your visual communication needs.

The Experience

I have had the pleasure of working at A & E for over a year and a half. I have learned the print production process and sign building process beginning to end. I have learned how to consult with clients on how to help them achieve their visual communication goals and needs and to also have eye catching designs.

Main Objectives

Consult

When clients call, email or walk into our shop, I am the first person the client sees or talks to. Discussing what their needs and wants are and their design expectations as well as budget.

Design

When working with the client I offer my design services or building off a previous existing design they have. Once I understand the style the client is wanting I email visual proofs to make sure their design meets their standard before production starts.

Production

Once the client has approved the design, I will set the file up for wide format printing. Then from there the production and fabrication of their sign will begin.

Sign Designs and Logos

Antiques & More located on Main Street in Buda, Tx. This is a cedar CNC routered sign with a natural finish.

The Mercantile at Mill + Grain located on Main street in Buda, Tx. This is a black steel A-Frame sign with white vinyl applied to both signs. The design needed to have a very clean and boho style.

Buda’s Red Door on Main Street in Buda, Tx. Needed to re-vamp from their older logo. Using a more fun and feminine typeface with a simplified version of the red door.

Lindsay Mac photography on Railroad St. in Buda, Tx was looking for a clean and simple main sign. This was a foam core sandblasted sign with a tiffany blue painted applied.

Bighorn Construction is a local company, they were in need of a brand new logo for social media, work trucks and trailers. This was a great project to work on with Brad who is over moon pleased with his companies new logo.

Wen’s Wellness is located on 1626. I had the pleasure of working with Wendy on an aluminum pan sign for her front door as well as her monument panel.

The East Austin Hotel is always a fun client to work with. Kathy is a great person to collaborate with as well as letting me have creative freedom with these designs. These banners overlook onto the street so bystanders can see from the road.

Every Year Texas Disposal Systems likes to show its appreciation for the companies truck drivers. This was an exciting design to work on as it was going to hang up for the whole company to see. I wanted to tie in the text with the image of a semi to create a cohesive banner.
